Remarks: DURING AN ANNUAL INSPECTION, WHILE INSPECTING THE FLAPS REFERENCING SAFETY COMMUNIQUE 313, CRACKS WERE FOUND IN THE NOSE RIB ASSEMBLY AT THE ACTUATOR ATTACHMENT BRACKET. CRACKS FOUND IN BOTH LT AND RT FLAP RIBS.
